If you have never worked with the District of Columbia Housing Authority before, please follow the steps below to get started:

• Submission of your first Lease Up Package will start the process of you becoming a DCHA Landlord. 
• Enter your email address and create a password to create your Owner Portal account.
• Login to your new account and then download the Lease Up Package.

• Once you have completed the Lease Up Package, log in to your Owner Portal account and do the following:
  • Go to MOVES > UPLOAD MY RTA.
    
  • Enter your prospective Tenant’s Name and Unit Address
  • Enter your prospective Tenant’s Voucher Number (exclusion of this information may slow processing).
  • Click on "Select File" to attach your completed Lease Up Package.
  • Then, click on "Submit" to send the package to DCHA.
